Show Technical Document Details

Issue/Problem/Symptoms:

Risk Authentication install completes but with incorrect directory structure under <ARCOT_HOME>. This has been observed when a LDAP or Active Directory user is used for installation. Specifically, the ODBC directory - odbc32v714wf is not created. Other required files such as adminserver.ini and udsserver.ini are found missing under the “CONF” folder.

Environment:

Red Hat Linux

Cause:

AD and LDAP user ID (UID) authentication requires 32 bit “libnss_sss.so.2” Linux libraries to be applied on the Linux system.

Resolution:

Apply the 32 bit “libnss_sss.so.2” Linux libraries before running the Risk Authentication installer.
