CA Risk Authentication and CA Strong Authentication installers complete with missing directory files and folders

Risk Authentication install completes but with incorrect directory structure under <ARCOT_HOME>. This has been observed when a LDAP or Active Directory user is used for installation. Specifically, the ODBC directory - odbc32v714wf is not created. Other required files such as adminserver.ini and udsserver.ini are found missing under the “CONF” folder.


Red Hat Linux


AD and LDAP user ID (UID) authentication requires 32 bit “” Linux libraries to be applied on the Linux system.  



Apply the 32 bit “” Linux libraries before running the Risk Authentication installer.
