CA PPM SAAS On Demand Advanced Reporting "The Service is Currently Unavailable" Message

Issue:
If you are a CA PPM SAAS On Demand customer, are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, and see the following message  "The Service is Currently Unavailable" you are likely experiencing an On Demand Jaspersoft Server outage.

If you are a CA PPM On-Premise customer are authorized to access Advanced Reporting via the Home > Advanced Reporting link, you will get an error message, but not the Service Status page as shown above.
 
Resolution:
If you are still unable to access CA PPM Advanced Reporting please refer to the following:
For CA PPM SAAS Customers: Please open a Support case via support.ca.com or call 1-800-225-5224.

For CA PPM On Premise, if you get an Apache "Internal Server Error" or "Service Unavailable" please notify your CA PPM Administrator or open a Support case. There are a number of causes for a 500 Internal Server Error to display in a web browser and the PPM team will need to investigate.
