CA PLEX TreeView Active X problem with Windows 10 (1709)

Issue:
Problem with Tree View Active X under Windows 10
Environment:
CA PLEX 7.2.1 Build 24.002, Windows 10, Active X MS VB Common control version 5.0
Cause:
After upgrade from Windows 7 to Windows 10 under CA PLEX 7.2.1, different display Problems occurred for Tree View Active x v5.0 generated application.
For Sample: On Windows 10  machine the Application hanging after click or double click on menu Item "test". Get empty sub menu item  and the menu program hanging.
The same application (Plex 7.21 24.002 runtime) with Windows 7 machine works fine. After double click on menu item is dll started. On both machines are the same Version comxtl32.ocx installed and registered.

 
Resolution:
For Windows 10 upgrade to MS VB Common control version 6.0 is required.

Comctrl32.ocx - belongs to MS VB Common control v5.0.
MsComCtrl.ocx - belongs to MS VB Common control v6.0.
Verify the Microsoft VB Common control version as mentioned below and replace with v6.0 instead of v5.0.
