In old versions of PIM:

We saw the following chapter in Enterprise Administration Guide.
Chapter 3: How to Enable User Password Reset Capability and Reset a Forgotten Password
However, in supported PIM versions manual, it is not written.
Why?

CA PIM12.8/12.9/14.0
Answer:
Yes, it is not supported anymore because of security reason.
So the description is not written in PIM manuals.
