CA Performance management Sync fails with Spectrum 10.1.1

Issue:

Synchronization fails between CAPC 2.8 and Spectrum 10.1.1.

When CAPC tries to synchronize with spectrum data source we see the following error in the datasource sync log.

A processing failure occurred on the data source during synchronization.

Error in the /InstallDirectoryofPC/DM/logs/DMService.log

Data source Spectrum Infrastructure Manager@im2winspectrum encountered an error while processing a sync request.  The problem is in the data source, not CAPC.  Check the logs for the data source to determine the cause of the problem.  The following stack trace shows the context of the sync request:

Environment:
CA Performance management 2.8Spectrum 10.1.1
Cause:

There is a wrong time stamp in Changedon column for some of the tables in the performance center database.

Resolution:

Please log a ticket with contact CA Technical Support for them to determine the tables which need to be fixed. Please attach the CA Remote engineer output for CA Performance center to the issue.
