Issue:

CA Output Management Web Viewer 12.1 is hanging and no one can view and reports.

Now users can log in but when they click on the advanced search it hangs.  They can access the administration tab without problems.

Cause:

A user tried to email a huge pdf which ended up taking 90% of the Tomcat space.  They deleted the file and unmounted the zfs and remounted it and recycled Tomcat again and the space is cleared up but Web Viewer is still hanging.

Resolution:

1) Delete the large file in the Tomcat tmp directory. 

2) Delete the RunTimeCacheDB folder under the /database folder for the Web Viewer. Web Viewer uses the Derby database internally.  This is a runtime Derby folder. After deleting that and restarting, all symptoms were cleared and the problem is resolved.
