Description:

Corrupted sharedprefix.mcolib:

WHEN RUNNING A NUMBER OF DIFFERENT CA MICS JOBS THE JOBS CAN FAIL WITH S0C4 AND S66D ABENDS
SAST010I MACTL ENDED DUE TO ERROR+ SAST010I SYSTEM ABEND CODE 0C4 REASON CODE
020 IKJ79009I PHASE 1 PROCESSING OF CLIST OR REXX EXEC ENDED ABNORMALLY +
IKJ79010I ABEND CODE: S66D REASON CODE: 0000 ISPD117 The initially invoked
CLIST ended with a return code = 12

Solution:

TO RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM YOU WILL NEED TO CHECK THE Sharedprefix.MCOLIB TO SEE IF IT IS AT 16 EXTENTS - IF IT IS THEN YOU NEED TO ALLOCATE A NEW LARGER FILE WITH THE SAME FILE ATTRIBUTES AS the existing Sharedprefix.MCOLIB - THEN DO A SAS PROC COPY FROM OLD TO NEW - RENAME OLD TO SOMETHING DIFFERENT AND RENAME THE NEWLY CREATED FILE to sharedprefix.MCOLIB ANOTHER CAUSE OF THESE ABENDS IS AN INCORRECT SASNAME FOR THE RELEASE OF SAS THAT IS BEING USED, SAS(9.1) and above should be sasname=sas, SAS(8.x) should be sasname=sasxal
