Problem:

Executing a CA Log Analyzer for DB2 for z/OS (PLA) DDL or DML report over the period while running IBM DB2's CATMAINT, after executing the IBM DB2 supplied "DSNTIJEN" job, there is inevitably a period when Data Capture Changes is not in effect for all catalog tables and PLA processing may fail with message: 

LAE0364E An error occurred in LAA@RDDL

 

Cause:

Executing PLA DDL/DML report over IBM DB2's CATMAINT process.

 

Resolution:

Do not run PLA DDL/DML reporting over the same period in time as the DB2 CATMAINT job.
