CA Identity Manager: Unable to modify password on ACF2 accounts

Issue:
When trying to modify the password or other attributes on ACF2 endpoints the following error occurs:

Modification failed: You are not authorized to perform this function. Your account lacks MODIFY access to one or more CA ACF2 Lid objects. 
Resolution:
The service account that you use for your ACF2 endpoint must have full modify rights, trying to limit the modify rights to only a few attributes will result in this error.
