Issue:
You are getting the below error while creating an end point connection to AD from IDM.

Fatal: Failed to execute CreateActiveDirectoryEndpoint. ERROR MESSAGE: Active Directory Endpoint 'Test_AD Endpoint' creation failed: Connector Server Add failed: code 80 (OTHER-NamingException): failed to add entry eTNamespaceName=ActiveDirectory,dc=im,dc=etasa: javax.naming.NamingException: The CCS Manager is not enabled and no remote server is configured for endpoint type 'ActiveDirectory' (ldaps://[JCS HOST]:20411),
Resolution:
The connector server was installed without C++ connector server management. Run the repair function on the connector server setup.exe and install the C++ connector server, keeping all other settings the same. Once that is done, restart the services and everything should now work as expected.

If this does not work, you may run the Provisioning Manager and create the desired endpoint from there and then it will appear in the IM user console.
