CA Identity Manager: PX failing with Missing parameter error

Issue:
A PX Policy has been migrated into a new environment and is now failing to fire with a missing parameter error. 
Cause:
What this error means is that in your "data" tab of the PX Policy, a parameter that is referenced does not exist in the environment. This can happen if the PX is migrated from another environment and they have different attributes. 
 
Resolution:
To resolve the error, review all of your data elements and ensure that the referenced attributes exist in your environment.
