CA Identity Manager: Can PX Policies be triggered at a specific time instead of during a task

Is there a way to have Policy Xpress execute at a specific time instead of being triggered by an action occurring in the environment?
When creating a PX Policy you have several different policy types to choose from; Event, UI, Workflow, Submitted Task, and Reverse Sync. All of these policy types require an action to happen, such as a task finishing or a workflow processing, etc. These are the only options for triggering a PX Policy, it is not possible to have a PX fire at a certain time - such as 12:00pm EST every day.
