CA Identity Manager: AD accounts are being created with incorrect logon ID extensions

Issue:
In this use case, you've deleted a logon ID extension from Active Directory but Identity Manager is still trying to create users with the old extension. This results in the users not having any extension on AD.
Resolution:
After deleting objects from Active Directory, a full tree explore of the endpoint must be performed in order for Identity Manager to be made aware of the change. 

Perform a full tree explore and the old logon ID extension should be removed from Identity Manager and replaced with your new extension.
