CA EEM performance extremely poor after EEM with LDAP enabled under CA eHealth for single sign on

Client reported the CA EEM performance on all applications ran slowly after EEM was enabled under CA eHealth. After nhWebSso was run to enable single sign on for the Spectrum/eHealth integration, all applications using EEM were negatively impacted. The $NH_HOME/web/httpd/httpd.errors display many authentication requests to EEM and cookies were prevented from being written.

nhWebSso had been first been run as 'root'. The directory $NH_HOME/ /web/sessions/ had been created under 'root' and cookies could not be saved to that file. After permissions were corrected, cookies could be saved
