Not able to log into the EEM UI, because the CA Directory DSA (itechpoz), is not starting.
When attempting to start, the DSA shows a status of: itechpoz recoverable
The issue was in the Data Folder's permissions:
- Check the permissions on the data folder (%DXHOME%\data), and within the 'Security' tab, make sure that 'LOCAL SERVICE' is part of the Group and User Name.
- Give LOCAL SERVICE full control.
