“Under SQL Web Connect, the CA Datacom SQL component communicates with the database engine to register and deregister the SQL user "seats." In turn, the engine communicates with the CA Common Services LMP seat license registration service by registering the CA Datacom/DB product code BD and feature SQL WEB CONNECT. Registration is permitted for two concurrent SQL user seats. If a registration of a third concurrent seat is requested, the registration software denies the request and the CA Datacom software returns an appropriate message.”

The 3rd user's attempt will terminate with the above ODBC errors.
