Issue:

The internal email address pattern is used to determine if the sender of an email is internal or external. When the source of an email is the External Agent API, this feature does not work.

Environment:
CA Data protection r15.2 when used with the EA API (External Agent API).
Resolution:

FIX:RO95453 (incorporating Client_15.20_HF052, Client_x64_15.20_HF053, Server_15.20_HF050 and Server_x64_15.20_HF051) resolves the issue and determines if the sender of the email is internal, external or mixed.
