Issue:
CA CSM states that there is missing maintenance packages.  Performing 'Get latest maintenance' or 'add external maintenance' fails with the error message:
' No sites found that allowed (ptfs in question) to be retrieved'.  The prescribed process of updating SiteID's and LMPKeys along with 'Update complete Product List'
all proved successful, but the ability to download maintenance for any product fails with the 'No Sites found....' error message.
Environment:
CSM 6.0 any build level
Cause:
The cause of this problem was due to an old SIteID being referenced that contained no associated products in CSO.

Resolution:
Support Online was contacted to remove the old obsolete SiteID being associated with the company along with the customer
running the following SQL to delete the SiteID from CSM's MUF:
/jobcard
//STEP05A EXEC PGM=DBSQLPR,
// PARM='PRTWIDTH=1000,INPUTWIDTH=72,ROWLIMIT=4000'
//STEPLIB DD DSN=hlq.CUSLIB,
// DISP=SHR
// DD DSN=hlq.CAAXLOAD,
// DISP=SHR
//CXX DD DSN=hlq.CXX,
// DISP=SHR
//SYSUDUMP DD SYSOUT=*
//SYSPRINT DD SYSOUT=*
//STDERR DD SYSOUT=*
//STDOUT DD SYSOUT=*
//OPTIONS DD *
AUTHID=CASWMGT
/*
//SYSIN DD *
DELETE FROM SITEID
WHERE SITE = 'old SiteID';

DELETE FROM FILTERITEM
WHERE ITEM = 'old SiteID';

DELETE FROM LMPFORSITE
WHERE SITE = 'old SiteID';

DELETE FROM SITEPRODUCT
WHERE SITEID = 'old SiteID';

DELETE FROM SITENAMEADDR
WHERE SITE = 'old SiteID';
/*

Note:
The hlq for CXX, CAAXLOAD and CUSLIB is in the CSM's MUF JCL
The CSM started tasks should then be cycled.
