CA Automic Workload Automation DB Load Utility does not correctly update Custom Attributes of replaced Objects

Issue:
When overwriting Objects with Objects from a Transport Case with the DB Load Utility of the CA Automic Workload Automation solution, the Custom Attributes do not get updated correctly. The CA Automic Workload Automation DB.Load (ucybdbld) Utility does not reliably make all changes when replacing existing Objects.

Example 1: Two objects exist with custom attributes in the system. The Transport Case includes the same objects without the custom attributes. When this Transport Case is now loaded into the system and overwriting the existing objects the custom attributes remain.

Example 2: Two objects exist with custom attributes in the system (one object with custom attribute "Yes" one with custom attribute "No"). The Transport Case includes the same objects with the custom attributes "Yes". When this Transport Case is now loaded into the system and overwriting the existing objects, the custom attribute which was not present before is added instead of overwritten. So for the object which had the custom attribute "No" has after the transport the custom attributes "Yes" AND "No" instead of only "Yes".
