CA Automation Point REXXLOG formatting issue when using notepad.

Issue:
My team started to have formatting issues when viewing the REXXLOG file in notepad when we upgraded to CA Automation Point service pack 3. It looks like lines no longer work. The entire log is shown on a few lines. The only way to get the lines to work correctly is to use notepad ++. However, not everyone on my team uses notepad++.
Environment:
CA Automation Point Release: 11.5.3.51, Service Pack: 3
Operating System: Windows Server 2012
 
Cause:
Software bug.
Resolution:
Request and apply ap115352ServerPatch.exe and ap115352ClientInstall.exe.
