To prevent problems with the API Gateway system clock some fixes will need to be applied to  accommodate

Resolution:
For the 9.2/9.3 Virtual Machine form factor, there are 2 things that need to be updated, the TZDATA for the operating system, and the JDK for the Gateway application.

To update the TZDATA for the OS, you will want to apply at least the October 2018 Security Platform Patch, which contains a newer tzdata2018e that has the fix. There is both a RHEL and CentOS version of this platform patch available here:

https://support.ca.com/us/product-content/recommended-reading/technical-document-index/ca-api-gateway-solutions-and-patches.html

Specifically:
CA_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v9.X-RHEL-2018-10-16.L7P
CA_API_PlatformUpdate_64bit_v9.X-CentOS-2018-10-16.L7P

Note: Newer patches are released monthly, anything post October 2018 will contain the necessary fixes.

To update the JDK for the Gateway application, you will need to install v9.3 CR02+ or 9.2 CR09+ which contains the updated JDK.

The OS update is addressed by the latest Monthly Platform Patch (October 2018 or newer) which contains:
tzdata-2018e-3.el6.noarch.rpm

The Java update is addressed by the CR which will upgrade the JDK to 1.8.0_172.
