Where to get the latest information in the event of an CA Agile Central (ALM) system incident


In an attempt access CA Agile Central, you are not presented with the login page or you are unable to use the Agile Central?solution.


System Status

The?System Status?page is updated in realtime and always displays a listing of all planned and unplanned events.?

Subscriptions with SSO

Your Subscription Administrator can switch your subscription to mixed mode SSO in the event the SSO service isn't available. ?Switching to mixed mode SSO?directs your subscription's users to, and bypass SSO authentication until SSO is restored.
  1. Click the Setup icon from the Agile Central menu bar in the upper-right corner of the application, then click the Subscription tab.
  2. From Actions, select Edit Subscription.
  3. In the Authentication section, choose the option for Agile Central or SSO authentication.
  4. Click Save & Close.
  5. Notify your users of the non-SSO Agile Central login URL:
