Bulk Update not working

Issue:
Issue is with the new ‘Bulk Update’ feature. Here are the steps to re-create what we are seeing on the Add Process tab to copy/add a UDP/process to another project(s): The Source Project,State and Process and Target Project/State are all selected However, when we select Apply we get the following error

Error message is "hbulkupdate has stopped working" 

When clicking on the Details button, this is found:

Resolution:
Suggest to run SCM Administrator Tool in "Run as administrator" mode.

If you don’t have Admin rights on your PC you can use the ‘Run Elevated’ feature/rights, and this appears to work.
