Introscope Java Agent from 10.5.1 afterwards.
Can happen with any application server being monitored.
Workaround that may help:
1) Change to true below row inside "Agent.Profile" form the monitored application:
2) Restart the application being monitored.
For SaaS, the fix is available in 10.6.0.159 Introscope Agent.
For On-Premisse, Introscope Agent 10.7 sp3.
