Broker Not Displayed in DevTest Portal

Issue:
Broker is not displayed in the DevTest portal. I can see the service is up and running. 
Resolution:
The problem can be resolved replacing "localhost" with the ip address in DEVTEST_HOME/rules.xml file for the below configuration:

Please replace the value as "tcp://<your IP address>:7863?daemon=true" and restart all the DevTest components.

Was then able to have the Broker displayed.
