In the Compatibility Matrix (https://support.ca.com/us/product-content/status/compatibility-matrix/ca-it-client-manager-compatibility-matrix.html) the integration for Service Desk shown is only up to 14.1
Question:
Can we use bridge functionality between ITCA 14.0SP2 and SDM 17.1? Is the integration working?
