Description:
After login into CA PPM, user is seeing blank page or getting <Error 401> when attempting to log in.
Solution:
This is caused by user's corrupted Home Page. The fastest way to resolve this would be to reset home page for that resource.
Steps to Resolve:
- Login to the application as an administrator user
- Go to Administration, Resources
- Find the resource in question and click on their name to open the User (Resource) Properties page
- Click on 'Reset Home Page' button
