Trying to add IBM Netview to the main menu of TPX. I believe everything is in place but every time the application is selected the session hangs on a blank screen.
When the application was just accessed before building any profile or session data the /a CNMC1 (our name for Netview) worked fine. Now cannot even use the /a CNMC1..... it tries to use whatever was installed incorrectly.
Error I see in the log is:

11:07:03.50 BINDLOST - NO CPS ON ACT - ACT=CNMC1, PLU=CNMC1020
Tried backing out of all changes and reloading ACT table, the error is still hanging around.
