Bi-directional auto close feature is not functioning, between Service Desk manager (SDM) and Unified infrastructure manager (UIM).

Issue: 

Using the Service desk gateway probe (SDGTW) we are able to assign tickets(incidents) but are not closing from SDM back to Unified infrastructure manager (UIM)

Environment:  

All UIM versions. Sdgtw probe version 1.01

Cause: 

Corrupt queue

Resolution:

On the hub check that the queue is setup, you might need to delete the queue  and its .sds files and create it again
