AWS Health Services Status not Updating

The AWS Probe is unable to retrieve Health Status.  The probe may be checking the wrong URL.
Open Raw Configure for the aws probe.  Open the setup section.  Make sure that the health_url is set to:

Be sure that https is used instead of http.

Then save and restart the probe.
