AWA - deadlocks on CHK_HG processing

Issue:
During periods of Agent onboarding, there are massive amounts of deadlocks processing the CHK_HG message:

Cause:
This is a bug in the Automation Engine. 
Resolution:
This issue has been fixed in the following versions:

Automation Engine 12.1.4 - planned release for January 28, 2019
Automation Engine 12.2.2. - planned release for February 11, 2019
Automation Engine 12.3.0 - planned release for February 28, 2019
