Question:
When attempting to load the MIB for Workload Automation AE, the CA.my file, the following errors were seen:

ERROR : Cannot find symbol file:///var/opt/OV/shared/nnm/user-snmp-mibs/Autosys_MIB_File.txt:Line 50:Column 13:DisplayString
ERROR : Cannot find symbol file:///var/opt/OV/shared/nnm/user-snmp-mibs/Autosys_MIB_File.txt:Line 58:Column 13:DisplayString
ERROR : Cannot find symbol file:///var/opt/OV/shared/nnm/user-snmp-mibs/Autosys_MIB_File.txt:Line 66:Column 13:DisplayString

Answer:
Cases have been reported where the CA.my file was transferred from one host to another and that resulted in file corruption.
Clients used tar to zip up the entire $AUTOSYS/snmp directory and then transferred the file to their SNMP host using binary mode.
From there their MIB loading was successful.

For additional SNMP details refer to the files in the $AUTOSYS/snmp directory and the Workload Automation AE product documentation.
