Due to a defect detected in some versions of PAM, most applications will fail to retrieve the password, resulting in not being able to autologin to devices or to view credentials
All of a sudden I cannot autologin to CISCO, web portal applications and Windows remote. This used to work before. Besides that, when I try to view the password for several accounts, using different applications, the passwords show up as blank.
What is happenning and how can I solve it ?

This is a know issue for which Engineering are as of now working into providing a fix. If at the time of your reading a fix exists for this specific issue or a newer version of the product has been released, please upgrade your version accordingly.
If none of these exists, you can work around the issue by restarting your PAM appliance, and the situation will be back to normal for some time. In any case please contact support so that they can give you more information about plans to solve this problem and a possible estimate of a fix if applicable.
