Attribute "chg.sched_start_date" comes blank for email message when using the Message Template: "Default message template for Task Notification"

Introduction:

How to configure a new attribute sched_start_date to be showed in a Notification Message from a Message Template: "Default message template for Task Notification"

Background:

Customer added a new attribute in a OOTB message template, such as: "Default message template for Task Notification"

He added the attribute to be displayed in the message body: 

Scheduled Start Date: @{chg.sched_start_date}

 

However the result is that the value for this attribute comes blank

Environment:
Service Desk Manager 12.9 / 14.1 / 17
Instructions:

You must create a new Attribute Alias for this attribute.

Steps:

. Go to Administration / Service Desk / Application Data / Codes / Attribute Aliases

. Create a new Alias as:

Object name: wf 
Alias Name: sched_start_date 
Alias Value: chg.sched_start_date

. Save it
