Question:
As part of data protection considerations we need to purge OneClick client user logs and OneClick tomcat logs- How can we purge these logs

Answer:
  1. Log purging can be done automatically for the client log and the OneClick tomcat logs (web server logs).
  2. The client log section from the OC web page has an option to “purge entries older than x days” - You can set the logs to purge after a certain number of days which allows you to not store data in the logs after a certain period of time.
  3. Similarly the OneClick tomcat logs (web server logs) can be set to purge data in the logs older than a specific number of days from OC web page > administration > web server logs configuration using the option “purge log files older than x days” option.
