Question:

I'd like to see which users are logging into the Service Desk Manager REST web services or view the transactions they are making. These transactions may be through the CA Service Management mobile app or another RESTful web services application. Which logs can I review?

Answer:

The session information is all logged here on the Service Desk Manager server where REST is deployed in:

bopcfg\www\CATALINA_BASE_REST\logs

A new log is created for each day.

You can search for: "/caisd-rest/cnt" to see the userid who logged into REST. You can also see tickets that were queried or created.
