Are there customization options for Support Automation?

I would like to perform a customization for Support Automation, for example:
Remove a field from the analyst interface
Adjust the size of the frames in the analyst interface
Change headers or other information
Support Automation provides limited customization options, most are outlined here:
If you would like to remove Support Automation features from the analyst interface, those are defined on the "Support Automation Access Control". You can access this by logging Service Desk Manager with an Administrator account, going to the Administrator tab, go to "Security and Role Management" and "Support Automation Access Control".
You can open the Analyst Access Control you wish to adjust, and go to the "Tools" tab and click "Update Tools" to remove options.
It is not possible to adjust the frame sizes.
