Are there any SQL functions available for Xtraction that are equivalent to the PDM functions, such as PdmDownTime, provided for use with CA Business Intelligence (CABI) SAP Business Objects (BOXI) reports?

In CA Service Desk Manager, a set of PDM functions for use with CABI 4.1 or CABI 3.x are provided.

For example, PdmDownTime, can be used to calculate the downtime between two dates under the specified SLA and workshift.

Is there a set of SQL functions that can be used in Xtraction to perform the same calculations as the PDM functions that are provided for use with CABI for BusinessObjects?

In particular, is there an equivalent query provided in Xtraction to perform the equivalent function of PdmDownTime?

CA Service Desk Manager 12.9 CA Service Desk Manager 14.1 Xtraction

CA Service Desk Manager does not provide a set of SQL functions for Xtraction that are equivalent to the PDM functions, such as PdmDownTime.
