ARD Launch error

Introduction:
I was given the following steps to start learning about ARD.  For the Trial, here are the Steps:
1. Download the trial
2. Select "Trial" in the wizard.
3. Launch
 
Question:
I've installed ARD; why am I getting this message?
Error Message: "AgileDesigner has stopped working... A problem caused the program to stop working correctly, Please close the program"
Environment:
ARD
Answer:
Re-install as administrator.  ARD itself does not need Administrator to run, but for the installation, Codemeter needs to be installed as Administrator.  Please note, this is required for all installations of ARD.
