ARATools.jar Not Advancing Package States

When there is a general workflow and want to advance the package state using ARATools.jar request executions of deployment workflows, the executions of  GENERAL_CALL_INSTALL_WF will encounter a SQL error.

Resolution:
Use the Deployment Manager Action Pack instead of the ARAtools.jar. It is available on the marketplace:

Workaround :
Change the package state using ImportExportCLI.exe. 
  1. Create a CSV file with following content: 
system_identity_properties,system_id,system_status 
system_id,856,state 

in which 856 is the package ID, state is the target (desired) state 
  1. Execute the command: 
ImportExportCli.exe IMPORT -con %url% -usr %username% -pwd %password% -format CSV -mt Package -fi %fileName% 
 
The password can be mapped to EXT:@global/token
