ARA Deployment Manager Pack got an error

Issue:
During the ARA deployment, the action Set Package state was stalled, with the following error:

Error occurred during initialization of VM 
Unable to allocate 100928KB bitmaps for parallel garbage collection for the requested 3229696KB heap. 
Error: Could not create the Java Virtual Machine. 
Error: A fatal exception has occurred. Program will exit.
Cause:
The cause of issue java was not allocated enough memory for the action to run, (it's using Java tool)
