Approval email sent from Catalog doesn't contain the correct URL.

Introduction:

When a pending action for a request is assigned to a Catalog user, an email can be sent out to the approver with a link the user can click on to approve or reject the request. How can we change the details of this link to include the fully qualified domain name, which we need for external users?

Environment:
Service Catalog 14.1
Instructions:

Log in to Service Catalog as an administrator.

Click on the "Administration" tab.

Click on "Configuration".

Click on "Server Information" on the left hand side.

The hostname and port number in the link in the approval email come from the "Host Name" and "Port Number" settings in "Server Information". Edit these to reflect the details you require to be in the URL in the email.
