Investigation

We're seeing the following in the AgentService log:

Wed Apr 10 13:16:05 EDT 2013 STSTHR: Error NULL job. Job not properly defined.
ErrorMsg: AwE-9999 Internal error (4/10/13 1:16 PM) Details: STSTHR:null
java.lang.NullPointerException at com.appworx.agent.PSE.H.D(MasterPSE.java:374)
at com.appworx.agent.PSE.PSEAgent.getApplicationJobId(PSEAgent.java:397)
at com.appworx.agent.AbstractAgent.E(AbstractAgent.java:1310)
at com.appworx.agent.AbstractAgent.updateJobStatus(AbstractAgent.java:1194)
at com.appworx.agent.AbstractAgent$1.run(AbstractAgent.java:717)


Solution

To correct the issue implement the following steps:

1. Stop the PSE Agent

2. Re-import PSE_OBJS

3. Restart the PSE Agent
