If clicking on Settings -> Contacts and finding out that the "New Contact" button is missing, it is most likely due to having reached the limit for the number of contacts for your subscription.
As of this writing, the out of the box limits for contacts (alerts, reports) are as follows:
CA App Synthetic Monitor Advanced Option
CA App Synthetic Monitor Intermediate Option
CA App Synthetic Monitor Basic Option
If having reached your limit and needing to add another contact, then do one of the following:
- Remove an unused contact. (This will reduce the number of contacts below your limit.)
- If there are no contacts that you can remove, then contact CA Support for help.
