A Windows job runs a .bat script, which executes an exe program.
Applications Manager shows the job as FINISHED because the .bat file is executed. However, the .exe program does not produce output.
The task manager on the Windows Server, which hosts the Agent, may show that ntspawn.exe is already running along with the .exe program that the .bat script needs to run.
This may cause all of the next runs of the Windows .bat job to not execute properly because the .exe is already in use.
Kill the ntspawn.exe process.
