Apostrophe in Catalog is doubled

Issue:
If you using the message tool in Catalog, if inside the message you put a apostrophe ( ' ) in the content, the apostrophe is doubled in the message.
This may also occur for service or offering names in emails or in other places.
Resolution:
This has been fixed in 17.1 RUI.
