Introduction:
How do I restart APM services?
Environment:
Any CAPM version
Instructions:
To restart APM services do the following:
  1. ... /CA/Introscopex.x.x.x/bin
    • Restart Enterprise APM: ./EMCtrl.sh start (stop / start / status)
    • Restart APM Webview: ./WVCtrl.sh start (stop / start / status)
      • You should see "Successfully started WebView server. Please check log file for more details."
  2. Check http://APM server name:8080/ - this will show you the webview console to view statistics.

APM could be on its own server or perhaps CAPC.  You should now be able to log in
