APM 10.7 Team Center displays no data

Issue:
  10.7 APM Team Center was working until the server was restarted.
  Now the console is blank and shows an 'unknown' status. 
Environment:
  APM 10.7
  Windows 2012 R2
Cause:
  PostgreSQL 9.6 was stopped and not able to start.
  It was due to the previous version of PostgreSQL 9.2 (with APM 10.5.2 SP2)  was still up and running
 
Resolution:

  Disabling PostgreSQL 9.2 from Windows service.
  Then start the new PosgreSQL 9.6 installed with APM 10.7. You should be able to start it successfully now.
   APM 10.7 Team Center comes up and shows data.
