Issue:
When installing any patch using applyptf, the following error may be seen:
GetPathFromProduct() CAAPPS is not installed on <servername>
Environment:
Service Desk Manager
Cause:
This is usually caused by a missing cai.ini file in the c:\windows directory
Resolution:
This file must have the following format:
[CA_APPS]
PATH=C:\CA_APPSW
A common cause of this issue is that the file is named "ca.ini" or "cai.ini.txt"
