All Users Suddenly Unable to Login to WCC

All WCC users have suddenly started receiving EEM authentication failures when attempting to login. The users are all Active Directory users that have been given access to WCC through the EEM/WCC policies.


When EEM is bound to an Active Directory server, there is a user DN that is specified as the bind user for that connection. In this case, the password for that user had changed but had not been updated in the EEM User Store configuration. This was causing an EEM/AD bind failure so AD users were no longer able to authenticate through EEM when logging into WCC.


When the password for the User DN specified as the EEM/AD bind user changes, it must also be updated in the EEM User Store configuration. Details about configuring the EEM User Store are found at the following link...
